Do you offer Australia Wide shipping?
Yes, We offer Postage Australia Wide, through Aus Post. Surcharge will be applied at checkout to cover shipping costs.
What happens if my package arrives damaged?
At Snap Mouse we pride ourselves on the quality of our work. We will always package your items safely to ensure it will arrive intact, however cannot prevent damage from shipping companies mishandling parcels. In the event that your package is damaged in transit please contact within 3 days with photo evidence so we can arrange a solution.
